As we deepen together in Continuum Movement®, we rest, regulate & return to the Fluid Origins of our Innate Being.

The form of this workshop is specifically designed for the healing of early material, from pre-conception, conception, gestation, birth and early bonding.

This workshop is for you if you know you've experienced birth trauma and/or have unresolved early attachment experiences.

Individuals, mothers, fathers and families preparing for pregnancy, and/or pregnant mammas who wish to prepare for their birth are welcome!
