On the threshold of Winter Solstice, our Somatic Sangha gathers together for the longest night of the year, where light recedes and inner worlds awaken.Ā Guided by Sarah, we softened into the medicine of sound, breath and spacious stillness.Ā We were woven into a shared Field of Presenceā€”an intimate remembering of what it is to rest Inside the Mystery, being held by darkness, and emerging renewed from within.
